I’m Marrissa Rippeteau, the owner and founder of Marie James Hair Studio & Extensions. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve built my career around a true passion for hair extensions and the incredible transformations they can create. For me, this work is more than styling—it’s about empowerment. I love seeing clients walk out not only with beautiful hair, but with a new sense of confidence that radiates from within. Founding this studio was my way of creating a space where artistry, innovation, and care come together to celebrate every individual’s unique beauty. At Marie James Hair Studio & Extensions, my mission is simple: to inspire confidence, deliver flawless results, and make every client feel their most radiant self.

Hi, I’m Abbey! I’m a hairstylist at Marie James with a love for really good hair and anything that gets me feeling inspired. I specialize in dimensional color, blondes, brunettes, and hair that feels effortless and still completely like you. I love taking someone’s personal style, features, and overall vibe and creating something that just makes sense for them. I’ve always been a creative at heart, and I pull inspiration from pretty much everywhere — fashion, art, music, traveling, and all the little details I pick up along the way. I love a new place, an amazing meal, a great playlist, and anything that feels a little different or unexpected. Outside of the salon, I’m a mama, a foodie, a music lover, and always down for a trip or a new experience. I’m happiest surrounded by people I love, somewhere with good food and even better music. At the end of the day, I just want you to leave feeling confident, expen$ive, and like the best version of yourself. Can’t wait to meet you! ♡
